the Mind is an awe-inspiriing enigma

it's just so weird how the mind works. At first when you think about something you understand it, like thinking about how your brain sends nerves pulses which travel along the nervous system and makes some kind of change in your body; making a finger move, or the impulse of lifting your foot from the ground. It's an eerie subconscience level everyone has when they do something, but asks themselves why and how are they doing what they did.

I myself has a very good memory of things and I may not have everything 17 years of living has in my sort-term memory bank, but if I see something like a face (like a friend I haven't seen or thought of for three years until three days ago) it usuallys pops into my head. What was really for myself is that I've known this one kid since the 5th grade, and in the 6th he gets wiped from my memory as if I never new him. It wasn't until 15 minutes ago (after reading a joke in the humor section) that I've been hanging around who I thought was a new friend someone I've known for ages. @_@ my head hurts and I feel stupid that I couldn't see ths before. (btw I'm a junoir in highschool so yeah this was reallllllllllly weird and still is for the moment)

My brain works rather weird too. My childhood is like nearly blank now. When I went from 6th to 7th, i forgot everything from 1 - 6th except a few select things. Whenever my friends and I talk about old memories it's hard because I can barely remember what they're speaking about. Occasionally there's a real vivid memory that sticks in my mind but they don't seem to have any significant meaning to why I remember them.

Everyone thinks their own brain works weird and diffrent from everyone else.

Were all more alike than we think. :)

Hense why fortune tellers etc work so well, one forture can pass for so many people.
