I had to do a Essay on this film and i loved this film. I would Recommend it to all of you and especially for the Americans here. As i was watching this i felt very honored as if i was in the battlefield. I wish i had said Thank you or something to these soldiers! If it weren't for these Soliders fighting for our freedom, we would still be in the hands of Britain and would not be independent.

Imo the movies alright, but it's far from truthful about the revolutionary war, but I suppose you have to make it entertaining aswell.
Love the opening fight seen with Mel Gibson and the boys running through the woods and setting guns against a tree and then taking down a team of soldiers.
I love that movie.
Really emotional and stuff, but nice film.
