Yes, someone smashed my window, I paid to replace it and im being told I have to pay again. Anyways, phoned them and they said there was an error with their systems and lost allot of data and so forth..

i got a letter from TV licencing saying i was going to be fined for not having a tv licence and that they had proof i was watching a tv
this was all despite the fact i had paid for the licence about 2 months before recieving the letter and that i didnt even have my tv in my new house yet
phoned them up to complain and they had set up MY licence in next doors name, fucking invalids
