yes, most of the previous neutralists have tested as centralists.
i'd have to say it's because of the grading system differences. the original grades were based on a majority pick, these are based on those two percentages. it appears that according to this test, Conservative Elitists are a norm. however, Madison's results were consistent - Neutralist, so i'd have to say the questions are just more balanced instead of it being a fault of the test.
from the stats on the quiz editing page, it looks like several people have tested as neutralist - they just haven't posted here.

i would have to say based on obvious observation that whatever you scored on the previous test, you can expect a slight shift to the right with this one. there may be one more final revision in store, and before it is made public i will get input from super moderators on questions and answer choices so they are all fair and highly thought provoking.
