While it depends on the person, i can tell you that expierenced mods who have (had) shitloads to do, that it's pretty much impossible to give the space and forgiveness that a single section mod can give. I have no idea how much you moderate in a day, but i can tell you this without a doubt, a very active Smod will easily do 50 times as much in a day, and that's with the idea that you actually have to do some decent moderating.Quote:

I can't Disagree, to a certain extent I see even other moderators that have alot more to do than me, and it shows in how they deal with things, However what gets me is seeing people that have literally no experience in the matter, neither have they Dealt with anything of the kind that a moderator or smod would have to deal with anything up to 30 times a day, it gets me when these people say that they are 'the win' or follow a regieme somewhat similar to that of NoPeace's :bigsmile:Quote:
