Do I need an image editing program for #15? I don't have one and can't get one if that's the case :(
Is that the one with the big blue box? If so, then I think you can use mspaint. Do you know what you are trying to find?

lvl 4 is the easiest one in there >.<
The answer will have something to do with the color itself. Hint: webpage designers will use it.
Ok, found out a while ago what I was looking for, but I don't know how to find it on Paint.

Use the google bar and look up hwachong. It's a school...can't really tell you more than that. Oh and url is case sensative btw.
