rip the swf, open in decompiler, find the file that the letters positions are saved and done :p

No you guys got to hack it so more user can play with it on the same time,
Because now the server files are only single user based ....
I dont think its that fun to spend time hacking/moding it. Its only fun for around 10mins because after that its just a harder way to chat lol...
