aye i guess so, but that would only be as a last resort. cos the moment you even somehow manage to tilt the ATM machine, the security team will be on your ass within a matter of minutes... they tested it here in austrealia after several theft attempts; the ONLY vehicle that was able to lift the ATM was a forklift that was stolen from a nearby construction site, however due to the weight + slow speed of the vehicle, the cops caught them before they even got 50metres away.
the previous attempts were all done with trucks and utes and they chained their chasis and frames and towbars to the ATM, but the moment they tried to move it, the weight of it just totalled the vehicles... and i mean TOTALLED.
unless you have some heavy duty military grade machinery, theres no way you could possible steal an ATM. and even then, the ammount of money in the ATM wouldn't justify the costs of such equiptment.
the only other option is to use the trucks that they used to orginally put the ATM there - but they belong to private security companies which invest millions to make sure their security is top notch, so theres no way your gonna get one of thoes.
