Okay well, this happened a long time ago..

The americans went to "The Moon" and then they tried writing with a "Ink Pen" but the Ink would just come out and fly away because of the gravity, so the americans waisted around 2million dollars, to make a pen that would work on "The Moon".

While the koreans just used a normal HB Pencil, that cost like 25 cents.

The pen NASA astronauts used were bought from Paul Fisher, before that I believe they did use pens because they discovered normal ball points didn't work.
Also the joke is supposed to be outer space and $12mil, and the other party is supposed to be Russian. You know, the ones that were actually in the space race with America?
