I don't know what the fuck her problem with me i am doing all everything to prpve that i am worthy to the position but the fuck after that they changed my position to dishwasher from being a barista, Nice promotion huh!! Maybe you got 'promoted' to dishwasher because you were not very good at being a barista, you might not have even been doing work at the standards the company expected.

Yea earlier the manager talked to me. She said that for 1 week only coz the dishwasher is on sick leave. Im not mad at all im just shocked and disappointed becaise no one ever told me. Now they called so im enlighten bout whats happening to our branch. Sorry this is the only place i want to share. Thanks for the bashes

So... what happened here? You got moved to dishwasher permanently or because the current dishwasher is on sick leave? I can see how that's understandable, especially if you're a newer hire.
Dream jobs don't just pop out of nowhere, you're always gonna start at the bottom, you just have to work your way up slowly. My dream job is opening a computer/laptop repair shop, my current job is cleaning people's houses. You could be worse.
You're best off just thinking of the money, that's what I do and despite how much I hate my job, I get paid and that's what matters.
Don't blindly follow orders, take the initiative and be your own person. You will find people in a Hierarchy abusing power to put you down because you are better.
It could also be that you are shit at your job.

So the manager said to do the dishes for a week; did u ask if you will return to your normal position afterwards? Usually companies have other related tasks for an employee to do while they are on the job. The company I work for has someone unloading things one day, then stacking things on the shelves another day. They schedule people to get tasks done on a specific day. I would assume they talked to you before about what you will do at the job; maybe one of them was dish washing, thus the replacement for the week(?).
I'm sorry to hear that mate, I had a "Dishwasher" job before. It's not the greatest but they'll promote you back sooner or later.

Sorry been busy, actually im not againsts to any position at all. Its just they dont tell it to me before sending me to the kitchen atleast i can notify my regular guests if ever they come and find me and seek for their favorite coffee, anyways im done substituting my workmate, back to the barista job :)
