It isn't really difficult to upgrade a vBulletin forum, all you need to do is upload new files and go to upgrade.php. But it's scary to upgrade a forum with this amount of users and posts...

Why is that stupid? If anything it is stupid that you can gain access to it that way. The arcade is pretty heavy for the arcade, 5 posts are easy to get, so it would cause massive lag.
Not at all, it's easy to upgrade and if you make a back-up then it's not scary at all. It does take a while though, which is why the forums are down for quite a while when he upgrades.

One can only look at silver/gray for so long. I'm shocked a forum this big has a canned skin. IE, a skin that can be used by everybody. Custom skin would be nice. Updating the XML for skins is a cakewalk for me, anyways.
i really liked jhewts skin. it was really original. and i thought that it would make rz stand out from other forums because of the individuality of the skin, as it was custom made.
i dont really care if there is a skin change, but if there is i would love for it to be jhewts! :D

On basilmarket they have a day skin and at like 8 or 9pm it changes to a darker 1
