Sucked major. Too long and boring acting. The only thing I enjoyed was listening to Optimus's voice.

Edit: Oh and the story line contradicted itself. Which really pissed me off. The made Jetfire an old fart...which he's NOT. Also, if Megatron was revived with just a tap from the Allspark shard. Why didn't they do the same with Sam's shard?

This movie pissed me off. Horrible.

his spark got damaged real bad compare to movie 1 megatron. also hes a prime.

jetfire was cool. best jetfire in the tf universe imo.

Awful movie.. the robot action scenes were blurry, the storyline was a pile of steaming dog shit, suggestive "humor," based around humans with robot cameos, long ass movie was bored half way through. Cheesy, robot heaven what the hell was that. It seemed more like a national treasure movie or something. Best part was undoubtedly Megan Fox running from explosions, boobs bouncing, all in glorious slow-mo.

It was ok, I guess, if you're ok with satisfactory movies.

It was horrible, ridiculous and pointless. All in all, it was a huge disappointment.

To start off, this movie doesn't have an understandable plot. Even if it did it was badly portrayed. Not only was it confusing, it was totally retarded.

Further on, the amount ridiculous sexual references and cheap jokes is just unbelievable. Lets see, we had two dogs literally doing it nonstop in the beginning, giant robot testicles, old pale man's scrotum and bear ass, robot humping humans, giant robot penis', two twin robots with stereotypical personality of 1970's retro/gangsta black guy, a woman going nuts after the purchase and consuming marijuana brownies, multiple characters getting killed and being instantaneously revived, needing toilet paper gags, man pussying out gags, woman falls on guys balls gag, guy electrocutes himself gag, people not caring about giant robots attacking the city and last but not least the huge amount of new transformers robots makes your head spin to the point of which they all just look the fucking same.

Here's another horrible thing, Optimus prime was barely in this movie. Guess what happens? They fucking kill him near half of the movie. So you had numerous of other pointless Auto-bots driving around. No really, they just drove around. Barely any of them transformed other than Bumble-bee and the stereotype twins.
All of the robots on the Decepticons look exactly alike. I couldn't tell the difference between Mega-tron and the frickin' helicopter one.

Megan Fox didn't show much skin. In fact, she didn't show enough, because the straight fact is her acting in this movie was basically... terrible.
But you no what? that doesn't really matter though. Transformers is supposed to be the excellent action film, right? Wrong, it was just damn right ludicrous. They were just boring and basically the same old thing. Huge amount of random explosions which was rather fucking annoying and pointless, your favorite auto-bots barely even fighting, random shit flying about and army guys just sitting down pretending to be actually helping. Oh and Decepticon was rather flying around and showing off his tattooed army plane than actually have a fight scene.

Now here's just the worst part, Sam finally revives Optimus with some ancient energy sword shit. So everyone give him their parts in order to make him more powerful. It looked fucking amazing, well from far away. Prime got new missiles and gadgets and them stupid idiots wouldn't even bother closing up on him and let him showoff. Worst off all, he has a 2-3 minute fight scene with the two of the most powerful and evil Decepticons ever. He killed them both without trouble, which literally killed my hype for it as it was actually a moment in which I was interested and just concluded so fast it made me want to punch myself in the balls.

So it just sucked. It sucked as a transformers movie, an action film and at its attempt at making the audience laugh and interested. It was just degrading to watch this film. Not worth even a cent and 2.5 hours at all.

Agreed with Batz.. I wanted a close up on Optimus Prime at the end.

Megan was hot in transformers 2!!!!!!!!

I am probably one of the 5 people on the planet that haven't seen it yet... But I'm getting such mixed reviews it's not even funny.

All of my hard core movie friends that pretty much hate everything loved it, and normal people hate it... Yet the movie still made over 200million in just 5 days..

To download or not to download, THAT is the question.

I saw the movie yesterday (Tuesday)

And it is FUCKING AWESOME (even though we had to wait around 7 hours to see it cause of the line up etc)
2 hours and 30 minutes of my summer well spent
I don't think there will be another movie able to top it this summer or even this year
Always been a fan of Transformers since i was in grade 1, always watched every episode etc

when i saw the reviews of the movie, i thought optimus prime was gunna get his ass kicked all the time during the movie, but he didn't (except when he got stabbed at the back) he was kicking ass thanks to the old guy at the end of the movie

dog humping was jokes
and the guy from sector seven "ONE MAN, DETRAYED FROM THE COUNTRY HE LOVES!"

I haven't seen it yet, I'm going to go see it this weekend. All these reviews I hear though make me wonder. "Is it good?"" or is it relaly just like what half the people are saying. It sucked?

I think I will, but, I'll expect the best and worst.

See it in Imax then start the download. It worth every penny to be spent on this summer's blockbuster. Don't listen to the critics.

The only movie i could think of is Harry Potter 6 (in not a fan btw) and Avatar (not the cartoon series).

That's actually what I planned on doing. :p

This is one of 3 movies I'd spend $15 at the imax.

Air bender: the last air bender movie is coming out summer 2010 (at least in Canada)

But also in Transformers the fight scenes were a bit more realistic (at least when they were fighting in the woods)

Definitely one of those movies to download. Rather then going into a crowded theatre to see some shallow story telling with shitty action, and 2 hours and 30 minutes of it. Lets just say it's better to take it in small doses rather then all of it at once.

The action was far better than the first movie. The forest battle is an example of how great action this movie has. No other movie can top that scene.

The forest battle was ok, but the whole movie had almost no action compared to the first one. That scene especially sucks because

Decent, could be improved in alot of ways.

Transformers 2 was neat. I seen.

It sucked.It was all blurry.They were like talking in CHinese mixed with english or something in the beginning.I couldn't even understand them quite well.

The beginning was when they were in 16.000 bc and they talked about the key thing

And in shanghai they weren't talking chinese?
