I want to see it for two reasons.
1. Robots fighting. What more can you ask for?
2. Megan Fox. Nuff said.

This film is inacurate
It stated that the distance between Cairo and Jordan 4 km
WTF is that ?!
The distance between ma home and ma college more than that in Cairo itself !!!
And also there was another pyramid missing xD
And when they were on the top of the pyramids they saw Jordan muwahaha
But it was an amusing movie and Megan Fox was so hawty
i saw it. i personally think it was better than the first one. for those that said the storyline wasn't made clear, you should have paid attention. it stated it in the beginning and wrapped it up in the end in the final epic fights. the whole story was basically about how some of the shard's power got into the kid, and the deceptecons needed that to find a tomb and gain a "key" (dagger). the "key" would turn on a device that was planted in the earth in early BC to harvest the sun's energy. the kid had the location of the "key" inside him. if this device was turned on, earth would simply die from lack of solar energy.... was it that hard to understand?
And like it's been said... You can go watch the movie and jerk off to Megan Fox ... <3 hawtness extreme.
Everyone who reads this thread should ignore everything LadieMan217 says. Why? Because he's a fanboy. He'll love it even when everyone who isn't a fanboy and has half a mind says it sucks.
I can name 2 movies that were already better than Transformers 2 that came out this summer: Public Enemies and Ice Age 3. And there's still the rest of summer with a crap load of movies coming out. I'm sure the majority of which will be better than Michael Bay's wanna be Transformers.
Also, @ LadiesMan217. In the movie if Megatron is Optimus's brother (as was established in the first movie) then why is he not a prime? And why then is Megatron following the Fallen if he is indeed a prime as well?

IM actually not a fanboy. Just a fan of the movie and the franchise. Thats all. I think it was great, so does your opinion have to be the same as mine? Some people thought the movie sucks, including you, did i bother to comment on it? No, im not defending the movie, i respect your opinions. If you think it sucks, thats fine - everybody got different taste. I thought it was good.
Im a MIchael Bay fan. I've been watching all his movies. I thought some of it could've better but I like his style - action. Entertainment is what I'm looking for in movies and Michael Bay proof to be one of the director that delivers it.
They were brothers but not biological. They rule Cybertron together to millenia.
If you read the prequel comics, then you will understand why Meg has been following The Fallen all this time.
As a MB fan, I see some of his ups and downs side as well.
Went to a late night veiwing a few weeks back. Good spesh effects but rubbish story line. If I had 2 rate it out of 10 it would have to be a 5/10.

Yeah, im kinda disappointed that they didn't give some of the new bots screen time. Optimus, The Twins, Megatron, Starscream, and The Fallen are the only that got decent screentime. Although they could've done The Fallen a lil bit better but it was cool and menacing after all.Quote:

I thought the fighting was a bit long, like it was getting boring. I mean, at first it was cool, but then when you see them fighting for like 10 minutes + it just gets really repetitive and old.
Another thing, I thought the movie went by pretty fast, and it was hard to understand it (maybe its just me and watching it at the premier wasn't such a good idea seeing as how I was so tired).
And the uh . . . twins? It was funny at times, and racist at others. Nonetheless, it was an OK movie but I think they could have done much better.
I watched it at the premiere. I was to fatigued to comprehend what the hell was going on. After watching it again, I noticed that it really wasn't as bad as critics say it was.Quote:
