Depends on the section more than anything. Habbo and MapleStory have the trolls of faggotry, while outerworld has the trolls of lols. Make sense? Good, because I suck at this "interwebs lingo".
There's one or two, there is a few 'troll-wannabes' though but they're laughably stupid

There are a few exceptions tho, trolls like EnhanceGFX troll boring-wise just so everybody feeds them etc, they post the most random and dumb shit ever but for some reason, the replies are even more retarded.

Also the fact that you're asking where/how/who to troll pretty much removes you from the troll category.
That he can actually ban them, banning them would be a action he can perform, however there will be a reaction, which will be a entirely different story.

There's nothing the mods "aren't allowed to do"... the rules for mods are more like guidelines.
Anyway, the main troll in the Evolution sections is EnhanceGFX. He's not very good at it, but that doesn't stop him from trying.
EnhanceGFX is the "look at me I'm a troll, lolol I found 4chan so now I know what a troll is and I troll you trolololo" kind of troll.
