Here's the flaw in that. Mentally ill people can be convinced with greater ease that what they are doing is right. I have 2 mentally challenged cousins, and I went to school with a few others. I especially got to see how kids would always convince this kid Chris to throw his chair. He didn't do it because he enjoyed it, he did it because he was convinced to. Mentally ill people don't have the mental capacity to distinguish the difference between right and wrong in a lot of things. How many kids/adults in this world can you say, when they were raised, were told by their parents throwing puppies into a river is bad? I'm saying that exact lesson, not "It should be common sense". Can't say many can you? So how is a mentally ill person able to define the right and wrong in a situation, specifically this one, when they've never encountered it or been taught about it before?

Also, given the fact that she does say "weee" makes me personally believe there is some sort of illness, because I can't see how a competent and sane person could get pleasure from that. Now, I'm not saying she is without a doubt mentally ill, but I am saying I have an easier time believing she is than she isn't.

If you want to use personal experiences fine, my best friends cousin who lives with him(Basic functions), the kid i live with's nephew(autism), My aunts step-sister(Advanced functions). I once threw a litter of human babies into a river not unlike that one. I only did that in accordance to the Discovery Shooter's wishes. Chances are that they would've grown up to be retarded anyway, just like most people are.

i think rishwin is right if he says there could be some reasons to kill those little pups (for example if they were going to die anyway)

Drowning is actually a fairly humane way to kill someone. The last moments of your life is said to be pure blissful euphoria. I doubt these people knew that, but drowning is in most cultures perceived as a peaceful way to die, which is why so many women drown themselves.

You guys have no understanding of other cultures at all. This is rural Eastern Europe. Ever been there? It sucks. This wouldn't go as brutality there. It's necessity.

And for the record, I LOVE animals. If this video showed puppies being tortured in sadistic ways, I would be furious. But as I see it, they're killing their unwanted puppies in a natural and acceptable manner. It's common for many Westerners to just drive miles away and drop it off, leaving it to starve. To them it seems more humane, but in truth, it's only more humane for them. The puppies will have a much worse death.
