-Give away the puppies or put them in a shelter.
-Humanely put them asleep, and find a way to do that at home for this case. Like gas them, or asphyxiate them in a closed bag, while I go a way and pray. Then dig them proper graves.

I think "twisted" is a relevant word. Twisted, in this case, describes our inability to understand and comprehend this girl's thoughts, actions, demeanor, and situation. I work with people with various mentall illnesses, and they just wouldn't do stuff like this so easily, and be so happy about it... she doesn't appear to have anything wrong with her, and 4chan have already identified her anyway, so i expect some epic owange coming her way.

Anyway, why would they RECORD and post the video on the internet if they didn't want people to be entertained by it all?
