of course the law does nothing to help either

there are many other factors but the truth remains with proper guidance people will always grow to be "productive" and decent

you can only reach a destination if you know where it is, as we are growing up we have no idea how to grow up "right" so we need others to help point us in the right direction. our parents have the most direct contact with us and therefore the most time and opportunity to keep us on the right path. unfortunately it doesnt work out this way more and more often in this modern "civilized" world

Scotland + England (Dont forget Northern Ireland... really brutal) are like this because teenagers can do as they wish here and get away with it or just get put in jail (Where they dont have to pay any mortgage/bills etc) and have a bloody lazy lfie watching tv int here. When i was in Lanzarote i seen a boy my age punch another kid and the police guy ran up to the Kid and beat him down and arrested his ass.. they actualy beat him bad before they got put him in the police car. The crime rate there is so, so low....

from personal experience i can say that not all blame should be put on perants.
the girl i have MAJOR problems with, is just messed up, and i think it is the fact that her family is just all over the place, and her perants had split up when she was younger, and she is not a type of person who can deal with heatache..

she has be known to throw her own mum down the stairs.

but then again, that are some really bloody chavvy mums, and grans, which rubs off on the children.

In a nutshell; someone is diagnosed with AIDS when their immune system is really low and cannot fight infections etc as a direct result of HIV

So to start with, their is no test for AIDS. The tests that exist are for HIV, and this is where it gets all fucked up.

there are 2 major tests that are used in the states, canada and the UK, they basically test for certain enzymes in your blood. The mad thing about this is the enzymes that they look for can be present in any humans blood after their immune system is weak or tired.

After a night out on the beer you could test positive for HIV in the morning and a few days later test negative.

After/during a harsh cold you could test positive for HIV and days later test negative.

You could take 1 of the test and be positive and the same day take the other and test negative.

You can take the same test twice and get different results.

I remember reading not too long ago about a certain chemical that was not allowed in foods by the FDA because it had a 100% mortality rate in all test subjects is now 1 of the ingredients in AIDS drugs.
