you cannot do a test or see anything and go here you are, there is evidence you have AIDS, you can only be diagnosed with it if you have tested positive for HIV and you have been sufficiently weak for a long time.
If you are in an evironment where you are going to have your immune system battered or just no chance to even build it due to your environment then of course you will be more exposed to the common cold and other normaly non life threatening illnesses.
The HIV tests look for enzymes that your body creates naturally, more so when you are ill and when the immune system is weakened by drugs, alcohol, lack of sleep etc
The big problem is that 99% of people after testing positive will get onto the drugs and treatments right away without being tested again after sufficient time. The side effect of said drugs are many times worse than their supposed benefits and slowly but surely their system continues to break down.
