I don't think myself that they would go as far as confiscating your computer/laptop. You would probably get warnings and such and possibly lose your internet for a month etc. Just glad I don't live in the UK lol

It's funny because like said above i don't think people are going to mess around with your computer but i do think tbat they are going to warn people.
Do think that kids are able to be in when they know that when the site asks for a age that they won't really add their real age in but some age as 27 because they know they won't get in when they are 15.
