USC or UCLA?

USC= University of Southern California
UCLA= University of Los Angeles

So I'm hoping you guys already have information and opinions about these schools.
I need to write a paper about a college I want to attend, and its got to be just one.
So which would you prefer? It doesn't matter much to me. I'm just using them as an excuse to get back to California when I'm out of highschool if I'm not out of Texas by then.
So far I'm going with UCLA because it doesn't seem boring like the USC website.
Thats all I have.
I don't like the UCLA colors. Blue and Yellow.
I prefer the USC colors which are Red and yellow. xD
So please help me out here. :]

To be honest, all I can say is,

USC is a private university.
&UCLA is a public university.
USC is more expensive.

about the education, I am not sure.

but USC marching band is like ♥.

i am not sure what you want to know o_o.
as soon as i am, then maybe you'll get your answer.

oh, i live like within 1 hour near those two schools ;D
