well i want to purchase a vbulletin lincinse for my clan and its $200 dollar's do u have to pay that every month or is it just

You need almost no space, VB with a fair amount of mods and skins should be around 50 mb you do need a mysql database. It's a yearly payment. Depending on how much traffic you plan to have at your site 3 gigs should be fine if its a normal size clan.
