Meh its not always right but if you email Symantec(W/e they are called) and send the IP they can contact the ISP and get them banned ^_^
I used to have comcast but now got verizon. Thats in new jersey and i'm in pennsylvania.....maybe its hellprowler, hahhahaa.........
