If Bush wins, it won't necessarily be because of more people. Look at the 2000 election. It's the electoral college that decides it all. The big states of California and New York are almost a sure thing for a Democratic win, while Texas (being southern) is a sure thing for Republican. It's the smaller populated states with their hand fulls of electoral votes that can really turn the tide in this era of "Rep. v. Dem." (Check the demographics, you'll see a lot of rep. red states in the south and middle states, tho alone they have few votes, together they amass a nice amount).
Not to say mid population states like Michigan, Ohio, Pennyslvania, and Florida aren't important.. In fact, those swing states could be argued as the MOST important :P
May the best man win, although I hope we don't have another Florida on our hands :chair:

ok, national affairs are kinda unknown around here... im talking about western europe and i ve heared the same views from other parts of the world...
the fact is that bush has made the USA the FORMOST HATED country in the world right now. Consider the fact that ur superpower invaded 2 other countries that it had no business with whatsoever (except maybe a personal vendeta with ur president). This sort of thing doesnt look good in the eyes of the rest of the world. The US said fuck you to the majority of the UN ( aka representatives of the world ) in their attack on Iraq ( donno about afganistan, its been to long ago and i think we were still under the feeling of sympathy because of 9/11).
