    Mr Miyagi Is Dead :'(

LOS ANGELES - Actor Pat Morita, whose portrayal of the wise and dry-witted Mr. Miyagi in "The Karate Kid" earned him an Oscar nomination, has died. He was 73.

Morita died Thursday at his home in Las Vegas of natural causes, said his wife of 12 years, Evelyn. She said in a statement that her husband, who first rose to fame with a role on "Happy Days," had "dedicated his entire life to acting and comedy."

In 1984, he appeared in the role that would define his career and spawn countless affectionate imitations. As Kesuke Miyagi, the mentor to Ralph Macchio's "Daniel-san," he taught karate while trying to catch flies with chopsticks and offering such advice as "wax on, wax off" to guide Daniel through chores to improve his skills.

Wow everyone pretty much remembers him from the karate kid lol he played more then just on the karate kid you know, yeah he made an appearance on boy meets world and on verious shows latest one I think in 2003 was the hugley show he was the korean neighbor he made a funny ass joke about black people "hugley : I seen your show I know kung fu!!!
as the nieghbor : I've seen your show too I watch cops." lol that gets me everytime, anyways He also did a voice over for a korean/hip hop movie for I think it was hurricane high or tornado high school he was tricked into the money to do it but he did it for fun, last I saw him did was on spongebob square pants as a japanese sensei who said spongebob was the king of kung fu then sand had to help spongebob from the eveil sensei going through a chinese kung fu movie sppof "the game of death" , well I know back then he was a entertainer and a comedian but thats all I know, Rest in peace Noriyuki "pat" Morita

Sorry for Ressurecting this topic but it seems you guys just know him from karate kid and some shows. also hello I'm new.
