my friend took out all limiters from his scooter. it's max speed was around 50 too, and now it goes to 80, maybe more? not sure since "the clock" is scaled up to 60.

Well the thing is, most people have scooters which have overkill engines that need to be limited, so then delimiting is easy as you only need to tear out the limiter. I'm a real man and I drive a puch which you can't really delimit as it isn't limited. But that also means it's a lot more fun to make it go faster, as you need to put up a new engine or something.
