The United States is quite obviously a country you know absolutely nothing about, so don't come on here and say "the us sucks" until you get your info straight and know what the hell your really talking about.

but the us does suck :tp:

    as do most countries lol

He would probably not only be expelled, but just as easily be prosecuted for slander.
You are so wrong. Look at how many people publically offend the presidents and all other politicians. Under the first admendmet of the US Constitution all people in the country have the freedom of speach. They are allowed to say what they want, when they want and about who ever they want. If he were to set up a sign in his front lawn saying that nothing can be done. The only thing that will happen is the police will knock on his door and request him to remove it. In which he will have the choice to keep it there or take it down. If he so do wishes to leave it then nothing will happen to him. If he would to be sued for it or what ever the case wouldn't even go far mainly for the reason his actions are protected under the Bill of Rights. Which are the first 10 admendmets of the constitution that are the basic privilages that all Americans are entitled to.

Depends in the States. If it is laws about the education system then a private school has the ability to follow them or not. It is their choice on the matter.

Alright, first I only guessed... Now I'm quite sure the US are full'a strange weirdo's.. :D

Btw, what was it I read a while ago, Bush got a law made that prohibits anyone from protesting within a mile radius, something like that? ;)

By the way, last time I checked there still is a BIG difference between protesting and slander. I have no doubt they see things differently, but in Holland you can still get fined for saying stuff like 'Islam is a stupid religion' (since one of our major politic reformers once got fined for that ;)). And I'm bloody happy for that too, people should be grown up enough not to randomly insult others and if they do I bloody well want it to be illegal :D

Note there IS a difference between insult and criticizing, though from what I gather from CNN in the US that difference isn't quite as clear to people as here in Holland it seems..

NoPeace - Even If It Is A Private School You Have To Obey The Laws Of The Land.

If The Teachers Say It's OK To Murder Someone, That Doesn't Mean You Will Not Be Prosecuted If You Murdered Someone On Campus.

Also Kaoii - We Do Not Pay Taxes To See The Queen, Tax Payers Pay 31p Per Year (Just Nearly A Dollar) Towards To Royal Family. The Royal Family On The Other Hand Contributed £600+ Million Last Year In Tourist Attractions. Also She Does Have Political Power, She Has To Give Her Royal Seal of Approval To Every Bill To Be Passed Through Parliament. It's All About Tradition.

hrrrm thats not right, the ionternet is public domain that truly has freedom of speech to take away that right is moraly and socially wrong especially when the guy didn't make the site at school.

the teachers are just getting pissed because it has personal opinions about them that they don't like.

Lol 73% Hate George Bush Yet He Got Voted In Again? Doesn't Register To Be Honest.

I Like George Bush - I Agree With The Iraq War. Then Again That's Offtopic.

I Don't Agree That The Internet Should Be A Free And Unpoliced Public Domain. Right Now It's The Number One Means Of Spreading Hate And Terrorism. Video's Of British And American Citizens Being Beheaded Are Uploaded, Instuctions Of Bomb Creating Is Published And Video's Of Possible Terrorist Targets And There Agenda's Are Posted.

Also I Would Not Like It If Someone Posted Personal Shit About Me On The Internet, Teachers Don't Have To Put Up With That Shit. I Say They Should Be Able To Bring Up Criminal Charges.
