Simple:
Press 'print screen' 2 take a screenshot of ur desktop.
Open Paint (or Paintshop Pro etc) and paste the image.
Save the image as a .jpeg (as these r very small file size wise)
When u make ur post on the forum go 2 the bottom of the page where it allows u 2 attach files and browse 4 the image.
