I had 2 red reps, and 2 green reps, and somehow I had 2 or 3 green blocks.. o.O It was probably taken out because it was flawed.

Pretty sure Rishwin "cheated" himself there, it was only just implented and he was just right behind MentaL, now i can tell you that he isn't liked that much, my guess is that he good repped lots of people and got lots back that way.
You get more points from someone who has alot of rep. So if 10 noobs bad rep you and me with my 7 or 8 blocks gave you a good rep, you'd probably be green ;)
Post count and/or join date also has to do with it, with my account i could rep like 50 points with hardly any rep (7k posts, 15th user to register on this forum), at the end i could rep like 90+, that was with a rep of like 5/6 blocks
