Not exactly the prettiest 'aftermath' but the size the stomach area goes up to is... unthinkable.
Normally I'm not a fan of plastic surgery. But in this case I would say it's no sin to have a tummy tuck.

twins on both sides skipped 2 generations making the chance of triplets go up, and the chance of twins even higher.
Since we only seen up to 3 months then that isn't it. It can take anywhere up to a year for a woman's body to get back to pre-pregnancy state and even then the 'insides' never do.
6 months on for me and I'm still not there, stuck with with sretch marks ='(
Anyways to answer your questions, absolutely worth it and I've only had one. ^^
Eh the last 2 from the last 1 were really disgusting
