kind of smart and neat
clean
not all over the place
i repeat clean

just wear whatever you are most comfortable in because your level of comfort has a bigger affect on how effectively you function socially than the level of delusional "coolness" of your outfit. Also, if you change your style too drastically or dress too much like a stereotype, you're likely to become uncomfortable. If you're trying to impress girls try to improve what your body looks like without any clothes on fiirst, then work your way up.
