Teleport Ring, for many of the reasons mentioned by others. An invisibility ring would have its perks, but I'm lazy and would relish in the instant transport provided by the tele ring :D.
I would have to agree with many of the fellow members and vote for the Teleportation Ring...why you might say? well you might, but i'll tell you.
Picture the scenario if you will.
I dislike a certain individual, for instance, let us name this person 'Tonto'. I want to kick Tonto in the nuts and make a quick getaway.
Invisibility Ring - I kick Tonto in the nuts, he drops the the ground. I laugh with amusement, from which i then shout 'Adiyos Dick Boy' and bang on my Invisibility ring. Now, the problems occur, as I am still the room. Say that Tonto regains some dignity, loses some of the initial pain, rises to his feet, and throws baby powder over me. I am then revealed to all, making my getaway like a well built version of Pop n Fresh.
Teleportation Ring - I once again kick 'Tonto' in the nuts, only this time I shout 'My foot will now hit your balls' and watch his face contort in pain as he drops slowly to the ground in a mass of skin and bone. Now, with this ring at my disposal, I can watch as he slowly struggles to regain his breath, roles around on the floor, and helplessly clutches the designated area of which I had so damaged. Now, as he trys to get up, staggers to his feet, and attempts to kick me back, I can once again kick him in the balls, most likely more than once this time, before saying 'Aint no thang like a chicken wang', from which I then put on my ring. As I am about to be teleported to my chosen location, I boot him once again for amusement. I arrive safely in my chosen destination to be greeted with a cold beverage and a delicious sandwich courtesy of 'Subway'.
Now, i think we can all safely say, and firmly agree, that the Teleportation Ring is the better option.

Hmmmm, I would have to votefor the invis ring tbh, no matter how you put it, being invised has the bonuis of never being seen, so police or anything cant chase you if your not there. With the tele ring, you would be seen eventually , andpeople would know who it was, invis they wouldnt, you know? With invis you would never be put on a wanted list.
