1) Worthless unless your dedicated to it, you'll need a domain/hosting as well, more money, so prob a NO.
2) If you play pb alot, sure.
3) No, it would be like 8gb harddrive.
4) Buy me a used 360.

Buy some new computer parts instead of getting a laptop, just upgrade a little at a time.

@Madison: It's in a bank account.. I just don't want it, I haven't bought anything in a while.

Also, I have had vBulletin before, my friend had it.. Although it expired, so I know what It's like, I have also had many free forums.

I'd save it until I saw something I wanted.

I used to buy things impulsively... bad habit.

But yeah... I'd just save it until I really wanted something... if you HAD to have something now for the sake of buying something, maybe get a new CD, a movie... a book... I usually go with getting inexpensive things off of amazon or ebay to play around with, that keep me busy for a few weeks... like I got a laptop off of ebay for $30, put linux on it... played around with that...
