Personally, I would initially set myself up, then my friends, and then those in need. I would build a commune dedicated to friends and myself, then have some random lottery, or something related, to give to those less fortunate. From there, I would be able to start my own 'think tank,' where most my extended family, including myself, are already involved with some 'black' projects.
