Ehm, what is that you need? You mean a screenshot of your screen? If so then press print screen and open some photo editing program (use paint if you don't have anything) and then use paste.

Well normally there is a filter active that doesn't allow you to post more then once in a certain amount.

However if you press submit the whole time without letting it load the next page, then sometimes it can mess up the whole thing and posts for everytime that you pressed submit a new topic.

Like i said it has to mess up, first of all i don't know if it was a bug in certain versions of vB or not, or if it was just that when the server get a lot of traffic and makes mistakes because of it.
