Currently living in Israel. Born in Russia. As of heritage, I'm sorta 50% Russian(mom) 50% Jewish(dad), though my dad doesn't follow any Jewish traditions and basically, none of us doesn't believe in any religion so, I dunno.. Basically you could say I'm half-Russian half-Jewish, but we don't even believe in God, so...

It is. But over here when people say they are half jewish, it almost always means that they are from the Israeli area. Thats what people interpret it as in my area, but idk if that dude meant it the same way.

Aye, you are 100% right, but neither the Russians are. So, for some people consider it a sort of a heritage and, and especially for Israelis, the Jews are a nation. But as for me, I see it as a religion, not a nationality, so, yeah, saying I'm all 100% made in Russia with Israeli nationality would be more correct.
