I think mine would mostly be Skyrim or Minecraft (over all platforms)
PC alone would have had to have been Last Chaos

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - 600 odd hours spent in game,
However I think Fiesta Online may have over 1000 :3 depends really if you count private servers as well xD
So, I would say:
1. Fiesta Online
2. Call of Duty MW2
3. Call of Duty Ghosts
4. Minecraft
Dota 2. 3,246 hrs on record.
Anyway, i think this belongs in Gaming section :/
Minecraft - I would assume way over 2000 hours. If not even 3000 hours.
Garry's Mod - 1047 hours on record + 1000 hours on another account
Dota 2 - 1481 hours on record
League of Legends. I have spend 40 days on the game in total. Really scares you when you see these facts. A whole month on my life on a game.
If anyone else wants to find out their LoL playtime then a good website is: wastedonlol
Dota generally that includes my first time in DotA in Warcraft.
I think usually MMORPG's and RPG's stand out in terms of game-play. Honestly I hate when I finally find a game that I actually like (not included on those two categories), and I finish it in a couple of hours. But sometimes even RPG's can be short too. If anyone remembers the first "Fable" from "Microsoft", I finished it in like 2 hours. I was like WTF? Why do they even bother adding in weapons and skills, if the story and quests end in such a short time? Basically all you can do after you finished the game, is to start over again, in a higher difficulty setting.
The very first Half Life 2, takes a while to be finished too if you just started with it and never played it before. Unless you already know every route and secrets, there is no way you can finish it in a couple of hours. That until I discovered that you don't even have to kill the zombies and whatever comes at you unless it's really required to finish the level.
Sandbox games, such as GTA series, or Minecraft are second on my list, there's a lot to do, and when you do finish the game, you can still play. However they tend to become really boring after a while.
And now to answer the question : World of Warcraft - over 5000 hours, can't even count it exactly, because the enchanting sound track of that game, and the endless quests, kept me on going for a really long time.

Probably RuneScape. It was a full-time job for me back in the days.
Other than that, I never really invested much time into other games - probably GTA 4 is second with like 50 hours gameplay.
More than 8k easily on WoW. Probably about 2k on L2. Just hit 1000h on Dota2.
WoW ( Private Servers) and Knight Online. I've played a lot of LoL as well.
Dead Island for xbox 360. 14 days gameplay. I must've completed it 4 times now. Not exactly sure why I play it so much, just a good game.
My Games
1.halo 3 5 plus years
2.cod mw2 2 plus years
3.halo reach 1 year
4.maple story 1 year
My most is probably FIFA 14 with about 500 hours give or take, then it's Black Ops 2 with about 300 odd hours.
Currently the game with the most hours put into it was Legend of Mir 2/3 @exclamatio That game has eaten over 1 year of real time minimum, thats just if I played it for only 8 hours a day when I used to play. and I stayed awake doing the Chicken event for the full event, sometimes I still hear them chickens..... Other games with huge hours would be:
Lords of Midnight a lot of my childhood
Doom Darks Revenge as above
Dragon Age 200+ hours
Fallout NV 200+ hours
X-com crazy hours 300+
Elite - many many hours but been playing it since I could play games, so 25 years +
TBH most of you are not in my league when it comes to games, I am a true Legend![]()
Good lord, easily Mir 2 and 3. A lifetime was spent in mir.
Runescape, Oblivion or Age of Mythology probably.
Habbo probably 700+ hours.
I really don't even like it that much. I just love developing things for it.
Habbo is not a game. Now fuck off.
If added together, it's Mir 2 and 3. If not, it's Diablo 2. Got at least 3000 hours clocked on that.
Mir2, followed by mir3 then wow. The number of hours I spent in sv mine alone on mir2 likely beats the majority of other games I've played. I spent pretty much an entire summer holiday in there. I doubt I'll ever have the time or patience to match mir2, so its likely the most hours I'll put into any game in my lifetime. Plus I still have a habit of playing new servers, so yeah it can still compete with new games for me.
1.league of legends
2.minecraft
3.kalonline
For me, it is Unreal Tournament.
Played alot years ago. ( Now stopped playing )
This game was truly a great fps game.
Me and my friends used to play together for hours!DM Deck 16 and Facing Worlds FTW!!
Good old times =)
Mir2, spent the ages of 13-19 plodding along on it.
No other game came close to the game play Mir2 once had, no matter how many games I've tried I just cannot get stuck into anything else like I once did.
1. Pokemon xD Gale of darkness
2. MapleStory
3. Pokemon Colosseum.
