I've had Windows 7 Ultimate for a month now I guess, and I love it.
After using the Windows Vista for a while, I found out how bad Vista really was.

Well my uncle gave me his CD which he downloaded it off from a torrent engine, and all you really have to do is put the CD in the drive, restart your PC and go to Boot menu and boot from CD-ROM and thats about it :P

I downloaded mine. You basically just click start installation and it runs just like the disc. W7 automatically stores all your old files and programs (if you choose) in a folder called Windows.old

Yep i used a CD and it saved the crap from before into Windows.old ;p

Don't do that, it causes bugs and errors.

Got Win7 2 weeks back but unlike most i prefer performance instead of eye candy... so not using aero or any "gadgets".

I agree, Windows 7 is very neat than Vista.
Also I liked the voice recognition program of it.

should always format the drive/ partition before you format win 7 in. safer way. been running it since beta

Windows 7 has full XP compatibility as far as i know.
