yea but it could choose his fate if he wanted to be something like a pilot ( yea i want :$ ) or an engineer or something .. jobs depends on experience and experience depends on knowledge and knowledge depends on school and school depends on exams and exams depends on studying ... he needs to study to archive.

that true but in my country, we need a good result in exam to get a good job not based on our experience ~

I wouldn't say that if I were so young as you inquire I would be. Life thought me a lot of things , like even with knowledge and school , you can get nowhere if the souroundings and oportunities won't allow you.

Most of the countries in europe require a very high degree to get "ANY" job at all. There are however people who get it by simply being in the right place in the right time. Also by recognizing and grabbing every oportunity they get.
