beat the meat?
Get small weights and place your arm on your thigh and began pulling the weight up with your wrist strength.
Beating meat works out the entire arm also good tip Initiate.

- isolated dumbell curls 2 sets (1 arm at a time) 8 - 10 reps
- standing barbell curls 3 sets - 8 - 12 reps
- close grip barbell benchpress 3 sets - 8 - 10 reps
- sitting or standing french press 2 sets - 12 reps
Works out your forearms too. Wrist im guessing it does too but I dont really look at whether my wrist is muscular or not. Credits to Exy.
After a while you can do more so if you want to know what I added onto it, just let me know.
run 50 miles, and your wrist will be so powerful

Always stretch your wrists, move them around as much as you can whenever you can, especially if you spend a lot of time on the computer/keyboard.

stretch your hands in front of you, straight, then open your hands. then close your hands, while doing that, twist your wrists inwards... you know what i mean?... then return to this position. do this for a minute and i guarantee your wrists will burn.
