    Re: Workout

Get small weights and place your arm on your thigh and began pulling the weight up with your wrist strength.
Beating meat works out the entire arm also good tip Initiate.

    Sorry my bad,
I got confused it was your left arm hold it in a karate chop formation straight
Then you lean it against a pole then you turn the other way keeping it straight.
    It's feels really good.

    Re: Workout

    - isolated dumbell curls 2 sets (1 arm at a time) 8 - 10 reps
    - standing barbell curls 3 sets - 8 - 12 reps
    - close grip barbell benchpress 3 sets - 8 - 10 reps
    - sitting or standing french press 2 sets - 12 reps

Works out your forearms too. Wrist im guessing it does too but I dont really look at whether my wrist is muscular or not. Credits to Exy.

After a while you can do more so if you want to know what I added onto it, just let me know.

    Re: Workout

    Wrist Curl
Can be done with barbell, and dumbbell.

    Hand Grip Exercise
These work your hands, palms, wrists, digits, and forearms

    Miscellaneous
Always stretch your wrists, move them around as much as you can whenever you can, especially if you spend a lot of time on the computer/keyboard.

    Re: Workout

stretch your hands in front of you, straight, then open your hands. then close your hands, while doing that, twist your wrists inwards... you know what i mean?... then return to this position. do this for a minute and i guarantee your wrists will burn.
