Today was the worst day ever. I just came from a hotel, it was sleepover. I decided to get some practice in for my driving test this month so I took the back way so I can practice safety. I signal to get to the left lane and next thing I know a car hit my mirror and push it backward. It become an accident.
We pull over to the store nearby and exchange information. Unfortunately, my auntie (who was teaching me) and I did not have a phone on us, so we use a payphone. Her mother and auntie came and call the police. I told him the story and she told hers. My auntie was going to say that she was driving but the other driver have to point out that I was driving to the cop. Anyway, my mother and brother then pop up while I was talking to the policeman. I froze in terror when he said, " I will have to place you under arrest for no license." To be honest, I cried like a huge baby. He puts me in handcuffs and I went to jail. I realize after the accident that the person I "hit" was an elementary bully of mines.
The worst thing about it, I was at fault yet she hitted me from behind and I was charged for reckless driving because she had her car was damaged (just have a few scars) and my car was just fine and I found out that my whole mirror can move. My court day is two days before my graduation.
Lesson is never trust the policeman and life is not fair.
