never sed Rap didn't need skill. Vocal talents r mostly natural tho. The skill lvl of top guitarists is much higher

Sic my mate plays guitar and has been for a year and I can say that hes fucking ace but we will never be as good as some ppl e.g slash from GnR.
He can play it very well but I dont think hes going to be a big hit like Slash from GnR.
I can freestyle, have you ever tried it? I doubt it. You have obviously not tried both playing a guitar or rapping freestyle rapping or you would have made such a comment.
A guitar is an instrement and can be learnt by any1, Rapping is a talant you can either do it or you cant.

Partially agree, rapping is certainly something you can't learn.
However just because every idiot could learn how to play guitar doesn't mean they are going to be any good, it's in the hands with that, just like playing piano, you might think who cares about the hands but it really does.
You can already see it with typing, how many times do you actually click on the wrong key? With playing piano then you need to know exactly how far the other key is, and that you can press it without looking, if you can't do that then forget about your future as a real piano player. ;)
Same with guitar, although you don't need to go far here is again the trick not to go to far, also how to handle 1, normal playing doesn't involve much, but if you see a real rock band or something and then see them play guitar then you will see it takes alot, learning isn't enough for that, it's also coordination etc.
i have been playing guitar since i could lift one, alot of ppl play guitar, but to play guitar well takes time and talent not to mention big hands lol,
as for saying being able to rap good is about talent, i think thats bs i mean rap is like 40 percent image how many times u been shot what hood u came from blah blah what u look like anyone can rap is they worked hard at it for a while

u say rap has a lot to do with image... well many things in entertainment do, get used to it.
i like em's music and he seems like a cool guy
and as for skill and talent, anyone can learn how to play the guitar, but it takes talent to be any good, same with rap, u can learn how to string words together, but it takes talent to be any good. Its like anything, u need to learn a thing or two before u do anything, talent does the rest.
some ppl like heavy metal, some dont, some ppl like rap, some dont, we're all different, live with it :)

You obviously don't know what free-style rapping is. Free style is when you just make it up right there, you aim your words at someone else.
You need to check that person, look what you can comment on, if he has like big ears then make jokes about that, etc.
Now that kind of rapping goes faster then most of those songs, and then you have to all think about it right away, you can't get a piece of paper and write it all down, think how you should say it and make it rhyme etc.
