Okay, This is for all the RZ people To answer too. IDC what your answer is, As long as it goes with the title, and is not off topic.

Anyway's. The question is not really in the title, but here is the question.

So, Your sitting Home ALONE. No friends with you, no parents. But your neighbors are home. Your parents left to go to the casino, so your just home alone. And your on your computer doing whatever or sitting home playing Black Ops, And all of a sudden, you hear a break.
You look behind you, and someone just busted down your door. (A Robber) And your dad/mom Has a shotgun (20 gauge). Would you run upstairs, load it, and shoot them?

Heres my answer.

Yes, I would, Because I dont know what he has on him. If he has a gun? Or another weapon? Even if i wasnt in danger, i would be defending myself, and even my 2 year old puppy. So yes, I would shoot them.

There is no reason to get violent, 90% robbers will freak the fuck out and get out if you make a noise in a few rooms away just a general noise like a cough or the sound of the TV turn on... they only do it beacuse they think no one is home, and they think they can get out without anyone seeing them. Now if you were to run at them and they do have a weapon, they will use it because they're scared they're gunna be caught but if they're never seen they know they're a lot safer. =.='

Trust me, I live in a bad part of town... any time I do confront someone doing a B&E they want to fight, but if you just tip them off to someone is around they get the fuck out. Your house or someone elses, it's just true.

Like I stabbed one nigger in the knee one time but he also tried to stab me in the process (last yearish) yet just 4 months ago when someone entered my residence I just turned on a song and they dipped the fuck out.


So your best is to HAVE a weapon just incase, but dont be in such haste to use it.

I would say no because I live in Canada sorry. I would however swing a bat at them if they tried to attack.

It's not illegal to have a weapon in Canada... I have a god damned shotgun. You just need a license it's a lot harder to get here than in America though ^_^ Was my 18th bday gift. I also have a shit ton of hunting knives. Since well... I go hunting.

Last time I checked the licenses were for "hunting" purposes only.

I assure you no one has a weapon in Ontario that is legalized except for cops.

I'd get the gun and hold them at gunpoint until the police arrived. You'd be surprised how many people, even holding a gun, would get scared shitless when a shot goes off near them. Also, if you were to shoot him... best of luck to you. Some people get away with robbery due to being injured in the persons home while the robbery was in progress. I forget the exact case and am too lazy to look it up, but I do remember a robber that sued the person who owned the house they broke into because they landed on a knife or something similar to that.
