WWE is absolutely horrible now, worst story lines ever.. Idiots like John Cena having title literally for ever and Great Khali who couldnt wrestle if his life depended on it.
WWE died when attitude era died imo.
All I can say for wwe is that it is boring, fake and horrible to watch people who use steroids and killing themselves.
I've heard plenty about the industry its self being in trouble, because of losing viewers etc. But then again a few years ago I was told that in a couple of years it will shut down and its still around.
And apparently there still getting sellout crowds at there arenas, especially at there special events. Its been said that last months special event (Summer Slam I think) was sold out back in January this year which was 9months ago lol.
So for an industry thats apparently crumbling at a rapid rate, it sure isn't showing it.
Was great in the late 90s, teetered off after 2001-ish imo. I used to watch WWF Raw or WCW Nitro with my dad or friends. Was a good time. Now, nah... Just not the same.
But they say the good stuff stays around for about 5 years and then you have to wait another 5-10 for it to pick up again. Really just depends on your taste.

You should watch UFC at least it's real, like extreme boxing lol. I just started watching it recently and I find it entertaining (finally a sport-like show that Wh005h finds interesting!).

Used to watch it a lot when I was younger but the desire and fantasy died out as timepassed by .. Guess that tends to happen. .
It was entertaining in the past but now it's just plain boring.
Yeah it won't just fall apart. The business goes in cycles. Plus, they still have a lot of fans, and probably even more waiting for something "good" to happen to make it more exciting.
It's a soap opera tbh, with chairs and stuff. We all get bored of it at some point.
I still watch WWE from time to time. My fav is Triple H. Going to see it live next month in manchester, should be a laugh if nothing else :)

And of course wrestling is fake to the point where they aren't actually going to kill the other guy, but the moves and such aren't all just stomping to make noise or whatever, it takes a lot of skill and technique to do the crap they do. Plus, guys like Jeff Hardy do those crazy flips and such, those are cool :p

Yes, to the point where people believe it to be fake, as they aren't looking to harm each other, just to put on a good show. So people say its fake, as they aren't actually "giving it their" all, even tho they have the opportunity to.

WWF was great, With Stonecold etc. WWE is now a kiddy show. I think there's more violence in the tweenies.
Exactally everything thats done takes a hell of alot of skill and technique to do, its only "fake" to the extent that they don't go out there to beat the crap outta each other, that doesn't mean they don't get hurt when they do. If some of you people get turned on by people beating each other half to death then go to underground parking lot brawls...

Yeh, wwe has become shit, they have the worst storylines now, I used to really love it, now wwe just keeps finding more ways to sink lower and lower. TNA is owning wwe, TNA is about the wrestling, they have some of the best athletes and wwe is shit, they have no interested matches, shittest athletes who cant wrestle pro for shit. WWE is failing, TNA is rising :D
Even In 2001, When it was fake - I was much younger, so it proberly was more attractive to me then. Now that Im a bit older, let alone it's gone totally crappy and they don't even get hurt - I don't see the point in waisting my time.
