lol, my friend has 4 gigs on his comp...
so far he has only used a max of 600 :D

windows xp lets u use 1gb or ram i think...

xp can adress 2gigs of ram.. xp64 can adress 4gig..

o right thought i read sum1 it was 1

Well.. it cant handle single ram modules of more than 1gig.. but then again.. there are no ram modules of more than 1gig so who cares ^_^
