Why is another server Hadum : Maintenance

coz i supose need to run another server with hadum settings up but not sure i'm not developer but as i've noticed with the nova files, when the field is not up at all also in this screen appears the maintenance label

Because you run only one server. Its easy. 1 server = 1 instance. Basicly if you want to have multiple servers - you need to run multiple servers. Its hard to do on one machine,tho..

i got 128gb ddr4 in this machine for a server and nova would push all 128gb to the max but after 15 mins of starting it would drop to 40gb ram. so if you have the need for 2 realms with a light population you could do it easy

i think there are 2 db's missing and a apache or some webserver files coz central market works with webserver

I think it uses IIS webserver from microsoft with ASP.net as in many of the 'web.config' files is even a link at the top to the ASP.net microsoft page.
And yes at least two dbs are missing, and why are all the terminals blank? Server starts and runs, but is there a way so they display what they are doing like nova version does?
