The id 383 is a 'DamageMeter'
the only other ID that has something with Loot in the description is ID 360 'PlunderGame' but maybe the internal excel search is just garbage. I really was looking for loot report, but if thats not the name you can search forever.

Content is created before localizers in the game give it a name. This fact + translation from Korean does the trick. For example, in the lua version of corsair, the sage and corsair classes are called not at all like that, but by working names. In new versions of the client, their names have become normal.
