I'm having issues with manager, the application crashes as soon as it starts (without producing any log).
(quite fresh win2016 server install with 256GB of ram, auth process works just fine)

Any ideas what could be the cause?

you need win2019SQL server and look into your logs

by win2019 you mean the MSSQL 2019 (I have that), or do you mean Windows 2019 Server as OS.

MSSQL 2019 so then check your logs something you have try wrong

The auth, and field also run just fine. (only this one "2. Manager.cmd" crashes right away)

sems you dont set correct system time
