I added a mod to synchronize server / client ... [/ server sync] so when an npc disappears, just enter this command.

How to run:
Run laragon.exe
Run Start Server.bat

if you are using logankioma files it should not happen.
quick way to fix quests :
open laragon right clikc robomongo and open db.
find your character and edit quest .

as you see quest have some steps 0 1 2 ....
right click and edit , find quest id and make all steps except last one 1
thats it
