Is this server is really an official Nova server files? Not emulators like guardian because the server size is a lot bigger.

Yeah, Gdrive has limited traffic when too many people is downloading at the same time.
I would suggest someone uploads it to

so everyone can download it without the quote limits from Gdrive.
