As someone who never worked with SQL before these past couple weeks, it's been a learning experience. Again, massive thanks and appreciation to the users here who patiently put in time and effort to make such things accessible to more folks.

Easily. Especially if you use the custom DataSheet_Server file posted in this topic to lower the server capacity.

I run it on an 80GB RAM system (64GB server VM + 16GB client/host). The server needs a swap file to boot up, but once I'm in the game, its memory usage hovers just about 90-94%. With 128GB you should have no problems whatsoever. If I had 128GB I'd be looking at the Corsair release instead, but Nova should be smooth for you.

no. 8GB is fine for the client but the server far more. Even for a single player.

You might get away with 64GB and a really large page file on a fast M.2 SSD drive for Nova but forget about running this commercial level server on a toy computer (I consider anything with less than 16gb a toy). You need serious computer hardware to run it. My corsair setup runs on 256GB memory.

Is it possible to run this in a light mode with less resources. I mean from a dev point of view this should be possible. WTF is causing this RAM need. Is it monolith, can we turn off some parts?
